Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Limit Break Performance, we take pride in offering quality mobile tuning and performance services. Due to the nature of our work, all services are final sale and subject to the following policy:

🔧 No Refunds on Completed Services

Once a service is completed (e.g., tuning, limiter delete, diagnostics, or any mod install), no refunds will be issued.
This includes but is not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with sound/performance

  • Mechanical failure after service

  • Check engine lights

  • Loss of warranty

  • Tune reversion due to third-party interference

  • Driver misuse or abuse of tuned vehicle

All tuning and performance services are performed at your own risk.

📅 Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.

  • Same-day cancellations or failure to show up will result in a $50 fee or loss of deposit (if paid).

  • If we arrive on-site and the vehicle is not ready, inaccessible, or unsafe to work on, a minimum fee of $50 may still apply.

💰 Deposits (If Used in Future)

Some services may require a deposit to secure your appointment. These are:

  • Non-refundable unless the cancellation is made 48+ hours in advance

  • Deducted from your total at the time of service

  • Forfeited if you no-show, cancel late, or fail to meet service prep requirements
